Our Estate

Our estate is located in Ville sur Arce in the Côte des Bar. Our eleven hectares of vineyards, spread over the rolling hills of the Barséquanais, are mainly composed of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, which ripen ideally in our local soil. For five generations, our family-firm has evolved according to the history of its founders. Champagne D. MASSIN has made itself a name thanks to the couple Dominique and Rachel, their passion for the vine and the pursuit of excellence. In 2009, their son, Tristan MASSIN, graduated as an oenologist and joined the company alongside his mother Rachel. They form a dynamic duo and successfully combine "Authenticity, Quality and Tradition." Tristan Massin is actively-concerned about the future of the planet, and methods used in the vineyards have turned to the environment in a concept of 'ecological viticulture’. So in 2013, our estate was certified by the Ministry of agriculture "Terra Vitis" and HVE2.

Our estate is located in Ville sur Arce, on the CôTE DES BARS. Our 11 hectares of vineyards which are spread over the rolling hills of the Barséquanaise region are mainly composed of black Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes. Our grapes ripen ideally in our soils. Our vineyard is composed of Jurassic hillsides, set on a limestone Kimmeridgian and interspersed with small green valleys, it is a mosaic benefiting from multiple exposure. With our agro-climatic and geological conditions, our Pinot Noir encépagements are unanimously recognized, giving our wines a "lightness, refinement and freshness." Very large houses envy the quality of our soil.


D. MASSIN Champagne is made on our premises in strict accordance with traditional methods. Allied to modern technology, we guarantee a consistent quality and we are committed to respecting the environment. We are certified Terras Vitis and HVE2 (high environmental value). Terra Vitis has become the single national reference in terms of integrated vine-farming. This certification allows us to offer you healthy, authentic champagnes while maintaining the entire qualities of our terroir. That is why every step of our production cycle is checked to guarantee optimum product quality.


D. MASSIN Champagne will come to you at its maturity, so you can enjoy it immediately and keep it in a cool and dark place at around 11°C. It is tasted at a temperature of 8 ° to 10 ° (about 3 hours in the refrigerator). DISCOVER champagne D. MASSIN through your senses: Upon opening a bottle of D.
